We are seeking to hire a Human Resource Officer for our Nicosia offices to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the smooth and effective management of all HR matters across the company, from recruitment to performance reviews and learning and development, and you will report to the Directors.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives in line with the company's business strategy to promote a healthy working environment.
· Manage recruitment and selection processes, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with Directors and senior management.
· Engage, motivate, and retain human capital by monitoring HR strategies and procedures across the company.
· Manage the performance appraisal system in coordination with Directors to drive high performance.
· Promote a positive work environment by supporting conflict resolution, employee relations, and ensuring fair and transparent processes for all personnel matters
· Organise and manage training programs and assess staff development needs.
· Plan and organise company events and team-building activities in cooperation with Marketing Department.
· Ensure compliance with Cyprus labour legislation, including health, safety, and HR best practices.
· Maintain employee confidentiality and workplace privacy.
Qualifications & Experience
· A university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as an HR Officer.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
· Solid understanding of Cyprus labour legislation.
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with HR software will be considered as an advantage
