Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding search engine services and digital marketing strategies
- Assist customers in utilizing search engine tools to boost their online presence and achieve desired outcomes
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, delivering tailored solutions that address their specific needs
- Conduct account analyses and offer personalized recommendations to enhance client performance on search platforms
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the digital marketing industry to provide valuable insights to clients
- Document client interactions and feedback to support ongoing service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and comprehensive customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, particularly in search engine optimization, is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way
- Familiarity with search engine tools and analytics platforms is beneficial
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to helping clients succeed in their online initiatives
- Willingness to relocate to Greece if not currently residing there
