Senior Account Manager for the Public Sector.
This role is pivotal in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by ensuring our company remains competitive and innovative. The successful candidate will be tasked with maximizing sales opportunities, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and expanding our client base within the Public Sector.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales plan to expand the company's customer base and establish a strong presence within the Public Sector
- Engage with key stakeholders within Public Sector clients, including decision-makers and influencers, to build consensus and drive adoption of company products and services
- Proactively cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and consistently delivering value-added solutions and insights
- Work closely with Pre-Sales Engineers to facilitate customer meetings and develop tailored solutions that address client needs effectively
- Prepare accurate sales budgets and reports, leveraging the company's CRM system to track leads, opportunities and sales activities
Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, or Engineering or any other relative field. An MSc degree will be considered as an asset
- Minimum 6-7 years of relative working experience in sales, specifically focused on Government/Public Sector Accounts, preferably within a Technology Vendor or Systems Integrator
- Strong strategic acumen with the capability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent use and command of the English language
