Production Engineer Position
Studio Office is looking for an enthusiastic and capable professional to join the team as a Production Engineer. This role will be based at the manufacturing facility and will focus on overseeing and coordinating the production line, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
The Production Engineer will be overseeing production operations, optimizing processes and maintaining organization to consistently achieve production targets on schedule. Quick thinking and problem-solving will be essential to resolve any issues that arise during the process. The role involves leading the production team, maintaining product quality through effective control measures, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with company goals. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the maintenance of machinery to ensure productivity and minimize downtime, as well as optimizing the use of resources and materials to reduce waste.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Production Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 5 year work experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to produce and analyze reports and provide actionable insights to optimize processes.
- High proficiency in utilizing various software tools to support production management & planning, reporting, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of CAD software will be considered as an advantage.
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing teams under pressure and ensuring production deadlines are met.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others, combined with a proactive attitude, reliability, responsibility, and integrity
