We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator that will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have;
- Communicating with different suppliers and providers and ensuring the office has all needed;
- Collecting documents from employees, assisting employees filling up the forms correctly;
- Answering telephones, making copies, scanning;
- Managing emails, letters, packages and other forms of correspondence;
- Place orders for the needs of the office through various vendors and ensure the office is stocked appropriately;
- Collecting invoices from the suppliers, following properly the naming and sending them to the accounting department;
- Calendar update of upcoming office meetings, interviews and happy hours;
- Be proactive in suggesting ways to organize the office more efficiently;
- Booking of meeting rooms, coordinating the team's meetings and events;
- Assisting in arranging the weekly happy hour and company events;
- Assisting in the welfares benefits;
- Coordinating tasks with other departments and offices;
- Handling queries, providing help and assistance in the office on any other matters;
- Any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications or experience in secretarial studies will be an advantage;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Strong organizational skills to plan, prioritize, and execute duties;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands;
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language both verbal and written;
