About the Role:
As a
Travel Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with bookings, travel-related questions, or troubleshooting. Your ability to provide clear communication and effective problem-solving will ensure a seamless travel experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and document customer inquiries and issues received through toll-free phone lines.
- Accurately log consumer questions, feedback, and inquiries into the customer service system.
- Handle client complaints according to the company’s complaint escalation procedures, ensuring they are properly logged.
- Ensure all support calls and emails are resolved within the agreed service levels and appropriately documented.
- Diagnose problems using open-ended questions, reference materials, and system training.
- Provide solutions and suggestions to common customer concerns or frequently asked questions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry or a call center.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks remotely.
