They are looking for a talented, experienced, highly organized and communicative Personal Assistant to join a fast-growing international team. As a Personal Assistant, you will support a C-level manager in day-to-day operations and long-term projects, ranging from administrative to networking tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive’s personal and professional calendar, travel arrangements, day-to-day commitments, meetings and appointments, optimizing time utilization and ensuring logistical efficiency.
- Build and nurture strong internal and external professional relationships, leveraging your extensive network of connections to support the executive's objectives.
- Anticipate upcoming commitments and proactively prepare for them.
- Handle last-minute requests, prioritize urgent matters, and make critical decisions to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth running of both personal and business affairs.
- Coordinate personal and family events as necessary, including bookings and logistics.
- Conduct thorough research, gather data, and prepare reports as needed, providing valuable insights to support the executive's objectives.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, identify potential issues, and propose innovative solutions to optimize processes and improve overall effectiveness.
- Ensure all communications are handled in a timely, efficient, and professional manner, including emails and calls.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a PA role supporting C-level executives.
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken. Any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
- Strong networking skills to establish and maintain professional connections.
- Availability and flexibility to travel.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a packed schedule, including maintaining and coordinating meetings, appointments, and event preparation.
- Aptitude for innovative problem-solving and creative solutions in daily work scenarios.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, able to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Able to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain a professional approach.
- Proficient in using office software and tools, such as MS Office and calendar management systems, to efficiently carry out administrative tasks.
