As a business development manager in a Collect Group company, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of fintech products, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
You need to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, manage contract renewals, and provide clients with expert guidance on using the company's products.
Job Description:

- Provide training and resources to clients.
- Gather client feedback and advocate for improvements.
- Resolve issues promptly as the client’s advocate.
- Monitor client usage and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports on account status and areas for improvement.
- Ensure clients comply with financial regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Work with product teams to tailor solutions.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing for business growth.
- Help clients develop long-term strategies using fintech solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins to review progress and align goals.
- Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience (usually 2 - 4 years) in account management, client services, or sales, ideally within fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with the financial technology landscape, including trends, regulations, and key players.
- Understanding of fintech products, digital banking, payment systems, blockchain, or other relevant technologies.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze client data and performance metrics using tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to address client issues efficiently and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and renewals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently.
