Lawyer.
Responsibilities:
- Public Tenders (Law 4412/2016):
- Checking of Tenders' declarations with the purpose of identification of possible problems/impending clauses
- Preparation and check of participation documents (i.e.: Board decisions, notary documents, declarations, solemn declarations, certificates, translation and attestation of aforementioned documents, check and commenting of contracts within the tender documents, etc)
- Preparation and/or Participation in preparation, of Recourses for submission before relevant authorities
- Monitoring of tenders. Checking of participants' legal documents, proposal for submission of Recourses
- Provision of Company documents in case of award. Translation and attestation in case of non -Greek tenders or non -Greek documents
- Contracts
- Drafting and review / provision of comments, on all legal aspects of contracts, including sales' contracts, cooperation/teaming contracts, supply agreements, subcontracting agreements, rendering of services agreements, NDAs, lease contracts, factoring and any contracts to which the Company is party
3 . Corporate Law
- Drafting and Maintaining of Minutes of the Board of Directors and of Shareholders' Meetings
- Civil Law
Requirements
- Law degree required; a Master's degree in Law (LL.M) or a related field is a plus
- 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus
