We are looking for a highly motivated
Category/Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing product categories while ensuring strong brand positioning across all markets.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the Marketing Plan by creating marketing strategies and proposals,
- Support the execution of Product & Promotion projects based on the approved Marketing Plan & project list, ensuring successful completion within specified timelines,
- Conduct cost analysis for products under responsibility and propose pricing policies per market,
- Process and analyze sales data, primarily on a product basis,
- Prepare regular reports & ad-hoc analyses, P&L statements, perform analyses, and submit corrective action proposals,
- Develop and monitor distribution policies for products under responsibility, including their availability and merchandising guidelines,
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and recommend actionable plans,
- Assist in carrying out market and consumer research activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in category management, brand management, or a similar role,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies,
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget,
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization,
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
