We are looking for a
Secretary able to provide support ensuring the efficient operation of the office functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth running of the office, manage appointments, phone calls, calendar and inbox,
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations,
- Coordinating meetings, greeting visitors, preparing meeting materials,
- Responsible for a variety of personal tasks and errands as required (payments, bills, insurances, paperwork, invoices)
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role as a Personal / Administrative Assistant,
- Ideally, a University Degree in Higher Education (e.g., Business Administration, Secretarial Support, or a related field),
- Excellent command of English language (written and spoken),
- Advanced knowledge of Outlook and MS Office programs,
- Excellent organizational and time management skills,
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work outside regular business hours, if necessary,
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion,
- High level of professionalism in all aspects
