Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent for our diverse portfolio of clients.
As a Senior Recruiter, you will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities
- Involve actively end to end in recruiting process
- Cover recruiting needs effectively and efficiently by conducting interviews
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Update and organize candidate data, maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the database
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidates' data, track recruitment metrics, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
- Use social and professional networking sites to source candidates
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Recruiting
- Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices, with a focus on agency-specific methodologies
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
