About the Role:
As a HubSpot Implementor at Obtained, your primary responsibility will be to lead the implementation of HubSpot across multiple departments, including Sales, Payments, Legal, Operations, and others. You will work closely with department leaders to gather requirements, understand their processes, and create a CRM architecture that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
Job Title: HubSpot Implementor
You will be responsible for:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Meet with key stakeholders from departments such as Sales, Payments, Legal, and Operations to understand their specific needs and processes.
- Process Evaluation: Analyze and document existing workflows and data management to design a tailored CRM solution.
- CRM Architecture Development: Create and structure a comprehensive HubSpot CRM architecture that connects all involved departments, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- HubSpot Implementation: Oversee the technical deployment of HubSpot, ensuring it meets the needs of various departments and aligns with the company’s goals.
- Coordinated Rollout: Work closely with Operations and other teams to ensure a smooth and successful launch of HubSpot.
- Training & Support: Provide training to team members on using HubSpot efficiently and offer ongoing support after the rollout.
- Continuous Optimization: Monitor the CRM’s performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement updates or enhancements as needed.
What makes you a great fit:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing HubSpot across different departments, particularly within fintech or banking.
- Deep understanding of the needs of departments such as Sales, Payments, Legal, and Operations.
- Expertise in mapping processes and translating them into practical HubSpot solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Administrator, Platform Developer) are a plus.
