Events Management company, is seeking to recruit an
EXPO Growth Strategist, who will be responsible for the strategic and tactical management of the EXPO, with a focus on business growth, enhancing sponsorship offerings and serving as a key stakeholder in all business-related decisions. This position involves shaping the EXPO’s strategic direction, maintaining its industry leadership and expanding its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development and Execution:
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the EXPO’s strategic direction.
- Oversee the tactical strategies necessary for successful EXPO implementation
- Update and refine the business plan to adapt to industry changes and feedback
- Plan and implement expansion strategies in line with overall business objectives
- Sponsorship Program Management:
- Develop and manage sponsorship programs aligned with the EXPO’s goals
- Design sponsorship packages tailored to sponsor needs and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure innovative and profitable sponsorship offerings
- Track and evaluate sponsorship performance for continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Business Requirements:
- Serve as the key business stakeholder, defining and prioritizing requirements
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain a customer-centric focus
- Connect business requirements with customer profiles to deliver value.
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
- 5-6 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience in the trading industry will be considered an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Marketing (will be considered an advantage)
- In-depth knowledge of the online trading industry, including market trends, key players and advancements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans
- Experience in business development or marketing, including market expansion and partnership development.
- Proficiency in utilizing business intelligence tools and data analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, financial reports and business plans
- Skilled in conducting market research and analyzing industry trends, competitor strategies and customer needs
- Deep understanding of customer profiles and personas for Expos
- Experience in large-scale events, expos, or trade shows is beneficial.
