Key Responsibilities
- Trading Activity Monitoring: Oversee trading activities, investigate suspicious or unauthorized actions, and analyze reports and alerts from compliance systems.
- Document Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date compliance documents, including policies, procedures, and regulatory filings.
- Reporting: Prepare regular compliance reports for both management and regulatory bodies.
- Regulatory Research: Stay on top of regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
- Training Support: Assist in organizing compliance training sessions for employees.
- Compliance Monitoring: Support the monitoring program by conducting reviews and investigating reported compliance breaches.
- Policy Implementation: Collaborate with teams to implement new or updated compliance policies across the organization.
- Due Diligence Checks: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to ensure client compliance.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal auditors during compliance audits to ensure the firm's processes align with legal requirements.
What You Bring
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a compliance-related role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification: CySEC Basic/Advanced certification is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; high attention to detail; excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, think critically, and maintain a results-driven mindset.
- Organizational Awareness: Adept at working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring adherence to all compliance guidelines and protocols.
