Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Specialist at Pay CC in Limassol Municipality. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Experience within the Payment Industry, at a Payment Service Provider or within Fintech
- Fluent English speaker. With any other languages considered advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
