Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee the installation and configuration of MT4, MT5, and cTrader servers, ensuring seamless system operation. Set up and maintain financial products, working closely with the IT and Risk departments to support system maintenance and development. Additionally, will conduct system troubleshooting, audits, and performance checks, and collaborate with external partners to resolve issues related to trading platforms.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure MT4 / MT5 / cTrader new Servers and its components
- Ensure the continuous operation and running of the MT4 / MT5 / cTrader systems
- Set up and maintain new and existing financial products
- Closely working with IT and Risk department for any operation maintenance and development
- Troubleshoot system issues, managing system upgrades, document processes and providing technical support for users
- Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity of trading platforms, systems & software
- Perform routine audits of the trading platform systems and software
- Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms and systems
- Work closely with our external associates for resolving issues related to the trading platforms, systems and software
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of the Forex market.
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4/MT5/cTrader.
- Experience with Windows/Linux scripting languages will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL queries will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Zabbix/Graylog/Kibana/ monitoring systems will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
