Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and remote role for a Corporate Lawyer at Emerald Group of Companies in Limassol, Cyprus. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters and providing legal advice to clients. The role will involve working closely with the team of professionals to offer top-notch legal services and strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- Corporate Law expertise, Contract Drafting, Legal Research,
- Experience in corporate structuring, negotiations, and acquisitions
- Knowledge of Cyprus Company Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Law degree from a reputable institution
- Cyprus Bar
- Previous experience in a corporate law
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language
- Knowledge of the Greek language will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Russian language will be considered as an advantage.
