Our Limassol based Management office is seeking to recruit an energetic ambitious Senior Corporate Administrator. The Ideal candidate should have excellent command of spoken/written English with at least 3 years of experience in the management of offshore companies and trusts, client relationships and supervision of junior staff.
Key Duties:
- Managing relationships and consulting with and coordinating advice from other third party professionals including lawyers and banks.
- Handling a portfolio of clients on a daily basis and dealing with their corporate administration affairs.
- Communication with clients by Phone/Email/Personal meetings.
- Preparing corporate documents including minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds, declarations of trusts and related trust documents.
- Formation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well formation and maintenance of all available companies.
- Preparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies in many jurisdictions.
- Opening bank accounts on behalf of our clients and liaison with various banks to meet customer needs.
- Ensuring compliance with AML legislation and carrying out due diligence on clients.
Skills and Experience required:
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Finance or Business Administration, preferable although emphasis will be placed on experience.
- At least 3 years post qualification experience, including practical experience in Corporate/Trust matters.
- Strong Communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, ability to use own initiative, work under pressure, prioritize and work independently.
- Very strong administrative skills and time management skills.
- Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, Word, Excel.
- Must be fluent in English (written and oral).
