Job Title: Back Office Officer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus (On-Site)

The Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual for the position of Back Office Officer to add to our dynamic team in Limassol. The Back Office Officer will play a key role in ensuring transactions are processed and monitored smoothly, meeting compliance standards, and providing excellent service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Register and open new clients’ accounts in the company’s software.
- Perform KYC and due diligence checks.
- Conduct ongoing client monitoring for AML purposes.
- Facilitate daily client withdrawals through approval, preparation, and execution processes, ensuring accuracy.
- Settle transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers).
- Monitor transactions performed through the company, comparing them to received instructions and sorting out any discrepancies.
- Send account statements upon request.
- Archive all relevant documents in CRM (agreements, contracts, confirmations, etc.).
- Handle customer complaints.
- Obtain updated KYC documents from the clients.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Financial/Forex Industry.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Additional languages (Hebrew, Dutch, Spanish) are an advantage.
- Computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to be meticulous and target oriented.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic/Advanced CySEC examination is considered an advantage.

Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Rotating shifts of 10:00 – 19:00, 14:00 – 23:00
