Job Title –Onboarding Specialist
You will be responsible for:
- Locating and managing relationships with relevant banks and Financial Institutions (NBFIs).
- Gathering, reviewing, and evaluating all essential documentation and information from merchants to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Overseeing and managing the complete onboarding process for merchants, emphasizing the accuracy of data submitted while communicating with the relevant onboarding departments of the solution.
- Ensuring that all onboarding procedures comply with industry regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, and other pertinent guidelines.
- Offering guidance and assistance to merchants to help them fulfill all necessary prerequisites for successful onboarding.
- Nurturing robust relationships with payment solutions providers globally.
- Cultivating positive and enduring relationships with clients/merchants, leaving a favorable impression of the organization.
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking, financial services, or payment service provider industry.
- Sound knowledge of AML, KYC, KYB and regulatory compliance procedures.
