Recruiting on behalf of a Forex company in Limassol, Cyprus
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with potential clients of the company over the telephone, recording all stages of communication in the CRM system.
Promoting and selling the company’s products and services in an effective and efficient manner. Contact prospective clients to sell the company’s product and services.
Providing professional guidance and best level of service to existing and new clients
Provide excellent and proactive client service including solutions according to the customer needs and with any platform/financial trading related queries at all times.
Requirements:
Experience required.
Fluency in English
Ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues in a highly professional manner
Strong negotiation and communication skills and ability to close deals.
Ambitious, passionate, dynamic and highly self-motivated with strong sales skills.
Self-confident and hunger for success
Computer literate
