Deputy CEO / Future CEO
Crassula is a SaaS platform for mid-sized fintech companies, enabling the creation of neobanks, crypto banks, wallets, and payment solutions. Due to our business scaling and maturity, we are looking for a high-impact executive leader to join as Deputy CEO, with a clear path to becoming CEO.
The Opportunity
This role is for a leader who has successfully scaled businesses, driven revenue growth, and built high-performing teams. You will take charge of key business functions, ensuring stable, sustainable expansion while maintaining strong financial performance and operational efficiency.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As Deputy CEO, you will:
✅ Lead and optimise core departments: CTO, PMO, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Operations, and later Finance.
✅ Ensure yearly revenue growth
✅ Maintain strong profit margins while scaling operations.
✅ Keep customer and employee retention at a stable level.
✅ Oversee sales strategy and product development, ensuring long-term market positioning and organic growth.
✅ Improve operational efficiency, scaling the business without disruptive overhauls.
✅ Work closely with the founders to align strategy and execution.
✅ Ensure a seamless transition into the CEO role within an agreed timeframe.
