Treasury Management
- Monitor and manage company cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimal working capital.
- Assist in bank account management, including reconciliations and transaction monitoring.
- Execute payments, maintain banking relationships, and coordinate with financial institutions.
- Support forecasting of cash flow needs and prepare reports on financial position.
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury policies and procedures.
Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Record financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure all financial records are compliant with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Other Responsibilities
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Support compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes.
- Contribute to process improvements in finance and treasury operations.
