Your mission
Adragos Athens (member of Adragos Pharma) is an innovative contract development company based in Europe. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality research for the development of generic and generic-plus products. With a team of highly experienced professionals who have worked on numerous molecules, Adragos Athens is seeking to hire a R&D Scientist.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and evaluation of activities related to pre-formulation, formulation development, process characterization, and technology transfer.
- Prepare manufacturing trial documentation for laboratory-scale and scale-up operations.
- Write pharmaceutical development reports, ensuring compliance with the latest ICH standards.
- Contribute to the preparation of CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) sections for regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including regulatory, analytical, and clinical departments, to resolve issues and ensure efficient progression through the development and approval process
- Conduct patent searches and provide insights to support formulation strategy.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry Chemical Engineering or related scientific discipline
- Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology or a related scientific discipline, or a minimum of 2 years of hands-on research experience in formulation development/ manufacturing process.
- Familiarity with Quality by Design principles and tools
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to write technical reports, summarize data and make effective presentations.
- Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, team player and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in conducting patent searches and patent drafting will be considered a valuable asset.
