Applications Support Consultant
Yellow Applications is looking for a Junior Business Consultant to join our team.
Responsible to assist clients with our Cloud Software Solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for

Requirements:
• Understanding of Business Software (CRM, Business Systems, Cloud Platforms, AI)
• Provide support, including resolving functional system problems
• Delivering product pre-sales demonstrations
• Participate in implementation steps as assigned
• Good knowledge of both English and Greek
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or other related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience
• Knowledge of SoftOne, CRM, Exelsys HCM, Pharmacy System or Payroll or any other business software will be considered as an advantage.
All necessary training on our systems will be provided as part of your onboarding process.
