What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Customer Requirements assessment and translation to engineering requirements, management of technical requirements
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) of wireless systems as products, such as tactical communication systems (land, naval, air), missile data links and satellite systems
- Lead Functional, Logical and Physical architecture design and modeling
- Coordination of design, development (prototyping), integration and testing/verification activities over the complete system engineering lifecycle
- Responsible for the product budget, form fit and function integrity
- Preparation of system documentation

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- M.Sc. in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, antennas and propagation, electronics for wireless systems, system requirements, CONOPS, systems integration and verification
Desired:
- Proven multi-disciplinary experience in wireless R&D, hardware-software co-development focused on the PHY and RF layer of radio technologies, high-level ADC/DAC & RF engineering
- Familiarity with Model Based Design flow using MathWorks tools for co- simulation and HDL or C code generation
- Experience in design, development, integration, testing and verification of communication systems and networks (classified at different security levels)
- Experience using MBSE tools to model complex systems and processes using SysML, UML, e.g. Enterprise Architect

- Willingness to learn about adjacent to the core expertise fields and take initiatives with motivation to drive results
- Good planning and time-management skills
- Remain tactful and diplomatic to maintain a good working relationship with the development team all the time
