SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
Responsible for creating visually captivating designs for various projects related to the hotel, branded restaurants, and other marketing initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and create designs for promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns.
- Develop and design menus for all restaurants within the resort, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and InDesign to produce high-quality visual content.
- Assist in the creation and management of content for social media platforms, including designing posts, stories, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our materials.
- Support the Marketing Department with ad-hoc design tasks and projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing creative and innovative designs.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and/or InDesign.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Design and creativity, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
