Candidate Profile:
· Proficient in Greek and English (Verbal and written).
· LCCI Higher or equivalent knowledge in accounting.
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field will be considered an advantage.
· Minimum 3-5 Years of Experience in the field of bookkeeping.
· Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
· Knowledge of Accounting software ESOFT and payroll software PREMIERSOFT will be considered an advantage.
· In-depth knowledge of local tax regulations, including VAT, Social Insurance and Direct Tax is required.
· Strong understanding of VIES and VAT Regulations.
· Responsible and detailed – oriented.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
· Good organizational skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Managing a Portfolio of Bookkeeping clients, liaising with clients to collect necessary documents regarding financial affairs of clients.
· Handling Accounting and bookkeeping requirements for a variety of clients.
· Supporting clients with accounting matters/queries and providing assistance when necessary.
· Completing bank reconciliations and related journal entries.
· Processing of sales and purchase invoices.
· Performing Debtors and Creditors reconciliations.
· Preparation and submission of VAT Returns & VIES Returns.
· Managing/Assisting with Payroll Preparation and Social Insurance Payments and ensuring compliance with the local regulations.
· Preparation of Financial Reports i.e. Trial Balances, Profit and Loss etc.
· Preparing general ledgers and management accounts.
· Compiling and analyzing financial statements.
· IR1, IR7
· Any other relevant accounting duties assigned by Management.
· Reporting to the head of the Accounting Department.
· Preparation of reports as requested.
· Assistance with other administrative duties.
