As a Business Development Representative (BDR) , you will play a pivotal role in fueling the company’s growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Proactively research and identify potential leads via online platforms, industry forums, and digital resources.
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of prospects, capturing detailed information on potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover new client acquisition opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships that can generate new business prospects.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Initiate contact with leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to introduce the company’s solutions.
- Qualify leads based on their business potential, readiness to engage, and alignment with the company offerings.
- Clearly communicate the company's unique value propositions, focusing on White Label, Turnkey, and Standalone services, as well as Casino, Sportsbook, and Bingo solutions, to demonstrate how our offerings align with client needs.
- Foster relationships with prospective clients through follow-ups, presentations, and ongoing discussions to sustain their interest and engagement.
Collaboration & Handover Process
- Transition qualified leads smoothly to the Head of Sales for further discussions and deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure lead generation efforts align with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Event Participation & Networking
- Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically at industry events like Sigma Malta, Rome, Philippines, ICE Barcelona, and others.
- Engage potential clients at company booths and networking events, clearly articulating how the company can help achieve their business objectives.
- Collect and manage contact information from event attendees, ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Actively participate in webinars and online industry forums to expand brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to handle all event logistics, including ticket procurement, hotel bookings, booth design, and agreement finalization, ensuring smooth and professional representation of the company.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Provide daily and weekly progress reports to the Head of Sales, detailing leads sourced, contacted, and qualified.
- Track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of lead generation and identify areas for improvement.
- Share feedback on market trends, client needs, and industry shifts to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure transparency and efficiency in sales operations.
- Assist in closing deals, reviewing KYC documents with compliance for approval, and collaborating with legal teams to prepare client agreements.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in iGaming, sales, or business development is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail for managing client data and follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is advantageous.
