Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively in the design and implementation of analysis
- Plan and monitor the implementation of software projects
- Conduct process mapping of business processes and produce system reports
- Generate, analyze, evaluate and communicate requirements
- Conduct testing to ensure proper functionality and quality
- Import data into client systems as needed
- Be responsible for the clients training(training material, delivery of presentations)
- Assist in client account management
- Control the quality of software deliverables and research for enhancements or needs
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related Business field. Degree in Business, MIS, IT, CS is a plus
- 3+ Years of related experience is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work in an extremely dynamic and fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
