Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively in the design and implementation of analysis
Plan and monitor the implementation of software projects
Conduct process mapping of business processes and produce system reports
Generate, analyze, evaluate and communicate requirements
Conduct testing to ensure proper functionality and quality
Import data into client systems as needed
Be responsible for the clients training(training material, delivery of presentations)
Assist in client account management
Control the quality of software deliverables and research for enhancements or needs

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related Business field. Degree in Business, MIS, IT, CS is a plus
3+ Years of related experience is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
Ability to work in an extremely dynamic and fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
