Job Summary:
The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive the product vision, managing the product backlog, and delivering features that provide significant value to merchants.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and client needs.
• Create, priorities and manage the product backlog.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the development team understands the priorities of each sprint.
• Gather and analyse user feedback addressing pain points.
• Maintain the product roadmap, communicating progress and updates.
• Able to analyse and write technical functions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related role.
• Experience in the payment industry.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency with product management tools.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with payment gateways.
