About the Role:
We are currently looking for a full-time Lawyer with knowledge of Cyprus and UK jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Work on corporate law in the international legal field (purchase and sale of shares, shareholder agreements, etc.);
- Development of legal issues on intellectual property rights for acquired and created objects (software, trademarks and other intellectual property);
- Development of user, license agreements, privacy policies and contracts for new products and newly registered companies;
- Work with foreign jurisdictions (UK or UAE);
- Contractual work (loan agreement, provision of services, lease, purchase and sale, NDA) in both English and Greek;
- Analysis of legislation, preparation of opinions, conducting Due Diligence;
- Legal support in judicial bodies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's & Master's degree;
- Work experience of at least 1+ year;
- English proficiency from C1;
- Greek language will be an additional advantage;
- Experience with international law (Cyprus & UK Region);
- Ability to independently develop and conduct legal expertise;
- An additional advantage will be: experience in legal consulting, investment or financial company.
Pay range and compensation package:
- Compensation from 1500-2000 EUR;
- International freelance agreement;
