The Documents includes the following apps: Scanner App for iOS. Ranked among the top 15 business apps in the US. More than 250,000 documents are scanned through the app each month, and that number is growing at 20% per month. eSign App for iOS. An intuitive mobile app for electronically signing documents without printing or face-to-face meetings. With a user-friendly and versatile design, users can sign documents with a few taps.
App Studio's direction is business and productivity app development, with a focus on creating simple and easy-to-use apps that help users save time and increase productivity. Currently it includes our youngest products Intermittent Fasting Tracker (iOS) an app for interval fasting and transitioning to a new lifestyle with healthy habits without diets and food restrictions and Phone ID: Spam Call Block App (iOS) - an app that allows to screen out up to 95% of spam calls and protect users from known phone scammers.

We are looking for an accountant who will be maintain accounting records at the highest quality level, ensuring the integrity of financial information while contributing to accurate and compliant accounting operations. Additionally, to deliver timely and precise financial statements in line with IFRS/US GAAP and local regulations, supporting the organization’s financial health and transparency.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in 1C/QuickBooks for a number of group companies.
Deliver timely and precise internal documents detailing the allocated time spent on the development of Group’s Intangible Assets, ensuring they are prepared accurately and on time.
Process payments efficiently, manage treasury functions, and ensure EU reporting obligations are met without errors.
Prepare and file VAT/VIES/OSS returns on schedule.
Ensure payroll taxes and contributions are calculated accurately and filed promptly.
Complete and verify Cyprus tax-related filings (e.g., IR603, IR614, IR7, IR4 returns).
Collaborate with auditors to facilitate smooth and compliant annual audits.

What do we expect from you:

At least 3 years (6 years for senior level) of professional accounting experience, preferably in IT companies.
ACCA/ACA qualification is an advantage.
Proficiency in 1C and/or QuickBooks for accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP standards.
Expertise in preparing VIES, VAT, payroll, and Cyprus-specific tax returns.
Expertise with Cyprus payroll calculations.
Experience in treasury functions, including payment processing and KYC updates.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Proficiency in English and Russian, Greek is a significant advantage.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills to manage document filing and financial registers.
Effective communication skills to liaise with other departments, auditors, and tax authorities.
Problem-solving mindset to address discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
