The Business Development Manager (LATAM) will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding the company’s market presence within the Latin America region by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can execute strategic initiatives, cultivate strong client relationships, and build a sustainable pipeline of high-value clients. The BDM will be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets and contribute to the company’s strategic growth objectives.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Implement the business development strategy by creating and executing tactical plans designed to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a robust development pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities aligned with revenue targets.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client base to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Compliance, to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Complete all required training programs and continuously enhance industry knowledge and skills.
- Provide regular, detailed updates to management on progress, pipeline status, client feedback, and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of proven business development experience in the forex or financial services industry.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
- Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform
- Solid experience with CRM software
- Excellent use of Spanish and/or Portuguese language
- Good use (oral and writing) of English language
