Who are you?
You are an
ambitious solutions sales person, self-motivated, autonomous but at the same time a team player with an impeccable reputation.
You have a 1-3 years of relevant experience (B2B & Solutions or with strong trac record in Sales) in a similar position with a financial services vendor and with the following characteristics :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Financial markets knowledge or passion
- Entrepreneurial, customer-focused and solution-minded
- Ability to negotiate high level deals and create “out of the box” solutions for clients
- Good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures
- Ability to achieve revenue targets in a fast pace high pressure environment
- Proficent in English required, any other EMEA language is an asset
- Educated to a degree level
This role requires a candidate based in
Limassol, Cyprus and includes frequent traveling in EMEA countires a other locations. We propose an attractive and comprehensive employment package.
What will we do together?
By joining our
EMEA Solutions Sales Team, your role will consist of promoting and selling
Trading Central solutions to financial institutions in EMEA region. As a
Trading Central Representative you will enjoy a high level of autonomy in a hybrid format, report directly to our EMEA Solutions Director and interact with a Global Sales Team and Client Success Team. Upon completing
Trading Central's training program you will develop, grow and manage your own Sales & Deals Pipeline.
Target clients include: Digital Wealth intuitions, retail banks, online brokerages, digital financial media, neo banks, social & trading apps, private banks, financial advisors, private wealth managers, hedge funds, portfolio managers, institutional investors and asset managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, grow and manage your own client portfolio within the MEAN region
- Identify and provide value-added services to demanding customers
- Monitor clients and prospects
- Key task: cold calling, presentation, negotiation, account management and all stages of the sales process up to implementation of the services following the company’s requirements (Trading Central Solutions Sales Process)
- Update all sales activity in an efficient manner

TRADING CENTRAL - Candidate Data Processing
The data collected during the examination of your application is processed electronically by the Human Resources department of TRADING CENTRAL Group to manage the recruitment process for future employees. This processing is based on the legal ground of the execution of pre-contractual measures.
Purpose of Data Processing
The process performed by the Human Resources department aims to:
- Receive, record, and organize CVs and cover letters;
- Manage recruitment procedures in connection with the hierarchy of the individuals to be recruited;
- Analyze applications and assess candidates;
- Carry out background verification check;
- Fulfill mandatory legal requirements;
- Complete the administrative file for selected candidates.
Categories of Data Collected and Processed
To achieve these purposes, only personal information strictly necessary for assessing your ability to fill the proposed position or for measuring your professional skills will be requested during the selection phase. For this purpose, we will ask for data related to the diplomas you have obtained, your professional experiences, and your skills and qualifications related to the proposed position. Providing this information is a condition for concluding your employment contract. Failure to provide this data will make it impossible for you to participate in the recruitment process.
If your application is successful and you are selected for an employment contract, we will request additional information and documentation necessary to complete the mandatory formalities. Providing this information is a condition for the conclusion of the employment contract for selected candidates. Additionally, the communication of certain categories of information and documents (e.g., civil status, residence, social security number, residency status, etc.) is a regulatory requirement for selected candidates. Consequently, failure to provide this data will make it impossible to conclude the employment contract.
Duration of Data Retention
The data of selected candidates will be incorporated into their administrative file and retained for the applicable retention period (up to five years after the end of the employment relationship). The data of candidates not selected for the position will be retained in case we wish to offer them future job opportunities, for a period of up to two years from the last contact with the company.
Recipients of the Data Collected
Your file is processed confidentially. Only those responsible for the services interested in your application (recruiters, managers, etc.) have access to the personal data it contains.
In the event of a positive outcome in the recruitment process, to finalize the hiring, the Human Resources department will transmit some of the collected information to organizations informed of your hiring (e.g., unemployment insurance, health insurance, retirement, mutual insurance, depending on your location).

You have the right to access your personal data. You also have the rights to rectify and delete this data, as well as the right to object to its processing.
