We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the team, guiding the execution of various product projects, ensuring their successful completion within timeline and quality expectations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Overseeing multiple support-related projects by maintaining detailed project plans and status reports, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, resource allocation & unified approach to project execution.
- Taking ownership of the team’s change management process, developing and adhering to a strategic roadmap that guides the team.
- Identifying potential risks & issues that could set back the project, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Continuously improving project delivery and support processes by implementing best practices, leveraging lessons learned & exploring automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
- Taking full responsibility for personal projects, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability for achieving desired outcomes.
About You:
- Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
- Proven project management experience in SaaS/B2B companies.
- High level of autonomy, ability to quickly dive-in and work with complex products.
- Problem-solving mindset with thorough attention to detail.
- Proactivity and responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining project documentation processes.
- Task tracker and knowledge base expertise - notion of various task tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, YouTrack, Asana) and knowledge base tools (such as Confluence, Notion, Google Docs).
