In the TradeTech team, we’re working on the trading backend to make the trading process smooth, sustainable, and uninterrupted for our clients, and transparent and manageable for business stakeholders.
We’re looking for a Business/Systems analyst who will help us structure and update the system documentation and become a partner in technical collaboration with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders from the business team, external companies, and other internal development teams to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements to improve our existing systems and develop new ones
- Investigate dependencies between products and projects to understand the impact of proposed changes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on features, processes, and workflows, ensuring consistency and accessibility for all team members.
- Prepare documentation describing a technical implementation of requirements, including integration flows, data models, UI specifications required for development by your team
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, product management or similar positions in software development teams.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details, willingness to find the very root of the problem and create the most beneficial solution for all parties.
- Natural сraving to write and support well-structured and comprehensible documentation.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, both written and spoken.
You'll stand out if you have any of the following:
- Good understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Understanding of the Core Infrastructure Services (networking, data centres, virtualization, databases, servers OS), Web Services and REST API, HTTP, and microservices architecture.
- Solid experience in visual documentation approaches such as UML, BPMN, system sketches, and any others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
