We are actively growing and developing our team and now we are looking for a business development manager with experience in digital, who sincerely loves his work, has strong expertise and is ready to achieve new results together with us.
Your main tasks:
- Searching and attracting new clients within the agency's activities;
- Agreeing the most favorable terms of cooperation;
- Development of commercial proposals and their qualitative presentation;
- Conducting meetings with clients and supervising transactions;
- Handing over projects to account managers with structured information about the client;
- Analyzing and monitoring the market in our field;
- Finding and developing ways to generate leads and attract additional clients;
- Participation in specialized conferences and events, writing reports on their results;
- Controlling financial profitability for the client and for the company;
- Interaction with the team, briefings on technical operations, developing a strategy for launching an advertising campaign with colleagues;
- Technical integration and monitoring the performance of campaigns.
Our ideal candidate:
- Possesses 3 years or more experience in a Sales/BD manager position in digital/affiliate marketing;
- Proficiency in English at B2+ level;
- Has in-depth knowledge and understanding of our product, able to uncover benefits and opportunities for customers;
- Has strong communication skills and is able to build trusting relationships with clients;
- Possesses a database of potential clients for the agency;
- Ready to achieve new results;
- Team player;
- Self-starter, takes responsibility for his/her tasks.
- Loves money and is ready to grow financially with the company.
