Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full sales cycle, including drafting proposals, processing vendor orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Streamline and optimize sales operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and track sales action items, support back-office processes, and assist in creating customer presentations.
- Oversee supplier order processing, delivery tracking, and deal registration while ensuring accurate cost calculations.
- Support contract structuring, working closely with accounting and sales to resolve customer queries.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and partners about quotes, orders, and invoices.
- Produce detailed reports on contract and order information, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in the IT industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and quality.
- Client-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM systems or sales tools is an advantage.
