Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Spanish Conversion Team Leader to join our Limassol-based team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role, demonstrate strong skills in managing and motivating teams, and possess fluency in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of conversion agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective training plans.
Develop strategies to enhance conversion rates and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
Collaborate with senior management to set goals and align with company objectives. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a team leader in a Forex environment (1-3 years minimum). Fluency in Spanish and English Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Current residency in Cyprus is mandatory.
