About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Sales Performance Analyst to join our team and support our sales team by analyzing performance metrics, preparing insightful reports, and helping optimize sales processes. This role is ideal for you if you have foundational experience in data analysis and a passion for driving business success.
What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation of regular reports on sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and team performance.
- Compile and maintain accurate data from various sources, such as CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Track sales performance against established KPIs and flag trends or anomalies.
- Assist in identifying underperforming areas and suggest potential solutions.
- Contribute to sales forecasting by providing relevant data inputs and basic analyses.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with targets and goals.
- Assist in evaluating sales processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Work closely with sales leadership, and other departments to ensure data accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for data analysis and reporting from stakeholders.
What you need to be successful
What you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, sales support, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and basic data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL is considered a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Greek & English
- A proactive attitude toward identifying and addressing challenges.
