Responsibilities
- Develop and refine pricing models, contract terms, and commercial strategies to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams on client proposals, bids, and renewals to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Partner with product and delivery teams to evaluate the financial feasibility of new services and technology investments.
- Establish and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of commercial initiatives.
- Conduct financial analyses focused on revenue growth, margin optimization, cost management, and scenario planning.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and provide regular progress updates to the executive team.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to analyze revenue and margin projections, offering actionable insights.
- Partner with sales, operations, and delivery teams on pricing strategies, customer negotiations, and deal assessments.
- Conduct risk assessments and post-deal reviews to ensure alignment with business goals and capture lessons learned.
- Promote collaboration across finance, sales, operations, and delivery teams to improve commercial outcomes.
- Position the finance function as a proactive enabler of business success.
- Drive the enhancement of commercial finance processes for scalability and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced financial modeling, reporting tools, and automation technologies to optimize workflows.
- Align financial systems with operational platforms in partnership with IT and other functions.
- Ensure compliance with pricing, contracting, and revenue recognition standards (e.g., IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (required).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred).
- CPA, CIMA, CFA, or ACCA certifications (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in financial leadership, with a focus on commercial finance within a global organization.
- Proven track record in optimizing revenue and managing complex financial structures, including subscription, milestone, and time-and-materials contracts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with expertise in financial modeling and pricing strategies.
- Proficient in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.

- Hands-on leader capable of operational involvement and strategic thinking.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, operations, and delivery teams.
