Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in Italian and English
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services offered
- Conduct consultations to utilize customer feedback to improve service delivery
- Coordinate with team members to ensure effective communication regarding project statuses
- Resolve customer complaints and provide suitable solutions in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance service satisfaction
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees within the team
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and cultures quickly
- Previous experience living or working abroad is a plus
- Proficient in using computer applications and management software
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with a fully paid package
