Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our HR Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll preparation and monthly payroll process (ERGANI Program, SCAN HRMS etc.)
- Overseeing payroll operations, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation
- Ensuring the accurate and timely payment of salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, and other compensation to employees
- Managing payroll systems and software, including implementing changes and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other benefits packages
- Responding to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits and resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborating with Finance, and other departments to ensure that payroll and benefits policies and procedures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Payroll, preferable in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Scan HRMS would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Strong knowledge of Greek tax and wage laws
- Advanced Microsoft Office user, experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc
