You will deal with:
- Providing thorough administrative support to the team
- Compiling and updating employee records
- Processing required documentation
- Administering migration cases and benefits
- Handling specific team members’ requests
- Updating HR/payroll databases and software
- Keeping the corporate portal relevant
- Modifying policies and procedures
- Preparing relevant data for regular reporting
- Participating in HR projects
- Promoting a positive work environment and corporate values
- Searching for new ideas, tools, and exciting improvements😊
You will also assist with:
- Audits of different nature and reporting to the regulatory bodies
- All sorts of day-to-day operations for Chief People Operations
You will be a good fit if you have:
- University degree in HR, Sociology, Psychology, or any other related field
- Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work well in a team under strict deadlines and pressure
- Multitasking, quick learning skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, strong attention to detail
- Language proficiency in Greek and English is a must
- High level of computer literacy is a must
