We're looking for an experienced Design Project Manager to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️Managing graphic and animated banner tasks from different marketing teams: briefing, prioritization, negotiation with internal clients, rejecting briefly poor or needless tasks.
✔️Time and people management: delivering tasks to designers, tracking the loading of designers, and tracking deadlines.
✔️Initiate calls or correspond with customers as soon as he sees an incomprehensible task and inadequate deadlines.
✔️Create brief templates, sheets, collections of images, translations, etc. Everything that will help the customer to set the task faster and more accurately, and the designer to complete it faster.
✔️Lead the setting and improving of working processes.
✔️ Regularly update a library of thought design layouts to help designers and clients automate routines.
✔️Evaluate the poor quality of design using the experience after working with typical tasks and regular clients.
✔️Participate in resolving the situation if the designer’s work has not been accepted or delivered lately.
✅ Requirements:
✔️At least two years of experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house design studio.
✔️Experience in the design tasks managing for digital marketing and media buying teams.
✔️Experience in handling complex marketing projects that included different teams and a dozen clients.
✔️Readiness to work in a constantly changing environment, to align tasks with goals.
✔️Expertise in managing a dozen of differently skilled designers.
✔️Ready to receive and give feedback and include conclusions in design.
✔️Attention to visual details.
✔️Ability to meet deadlines. Work iteratively, and share results early and often.
✔️Work with Jira, Slack, Google Docs. Familiar with Figma and Adobe services.
✔️Advanced speaking and writing English level.
