As an In Room Waiter, you will ensure that guests receive prompt and professional room service, delivering delicious meals and beverages directly to their rooms with care by following the company's SOPs. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and with care by following company's SOPs
- Take orders from guests over the phone or in person, ensuring accuracy and providing recommendations
- Set up and arrange the room service trolley with appropriate cutlery, crockery, and condiments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service workstation and storage areas
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor
Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality service
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
