- Handle negative comments and mentions professionally, striving to resolve issues and restore the company's image
- Create and promote positive content about the company on various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, etc
- Develop strategies to improve the company's online reputation
- Collaborate with various departments within the company, such as marketing and customer service, to achieve the company's goals regarding online reputation
- Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your efforts and adjust the strategy as necessary
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing or online reputation management
- Excellent knowledge of social media and review websites
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to effectively manage negative situations and create positive content
- Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of performance metrics
